Agular Systems, Inc. was founded by senior software executives from several of the largest software and data center
management companies in Austin, TX in 2001 from the acquisitions of seperate e-commerce and web consulting firms. Its
core technology was developed by computer scientists from the University of Texas and Northwestern University. Various
members of Agular's management team have worked together professionally for more than fifteen years. Agular Systems
Incorporated was created to develop affordable, extensible, scalable, and easy to use web based document management
solutions. Agular derives its name from two words: agile and modular.
For the last 14 years the firm has worked accounts both large and small. In several instances we have partnered with Fortune
500 companies to deliver critical workflow components to larger endeavors. In time we found we had a knack for working with
paper centric and bureaucratically complex school districts - developing a number of products; from helping satisfy grants to
asset tracking to helping schools satisfy ESL requirements and maintain their funding levels.
